Mumbai, August 10, 2023: PNB MetLife India, one of India's leading life insurance companies, has appointed Nilesh Kothari as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 03, 2023.

In this role, Nilesh will be responsible for Business Planning, Financial Control, Investment middle and back office, Vendor Management, Tax and Investor Relations.

Nilesh is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with more than 21 years of rich experience in the life insurance industry. He has led various departments in his previous roles including Strategy & Planning; Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A); Procurement; Controllership; International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & Insurance Accounting; and Investment Operations and Analytics. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Prior to Bharti AXA, he worked at SBI Life Insurance.
