    How do I book a Doctor Appointment, Dentist Appointment, Medicines or Lab Test and packages?

    Log into khUshi App, and click on the 360Health Icon from the quick link and select a service or navigate from 360Health Banner to View 360Health services and click on your preferred service and book as required.

    How do I book Online Doctor Consultation?

    Log into khUshi App, and click on the 360Health Icon from the quick link and select a service or navigate from 360Health Banner to View 360Health services and click on Online Doctor Consultation, choose your preferred specialist, enter the basic symptoms and start a consultation via chat, video, or audio call.

    How do I order medicines online?

    Log into khUshi App, and click on the 360Health Icon from the quick link and select a service or navigate from 360Health Banner to View 360Health services and click on Medicines. Choose your medicines, upload your prescription select the required medications, and place your order. Your medicines will be delivered to the given address.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    There are various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

    How can I track my order or appointment?

    You can track your order or appointment status through the "Track Order" or "Track Appointment" section once you go the service from the ‘Account’ section in the top right corner of respective service.

    Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

    Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by going into "Your Orders" section, selecting the appointment you wish to modify, and choose the appropriate option.

    When will my money be refunded for cancelled orders or appointments?

    If an order or appointment is canceled, the amount will be refunded by MediBuddy to the payment source within 5-7 working days, subject to bank processing times and RBI guidelines. (PNB MetLife will not be responsible for any type of refund or monetary disputes. PNB MetLife will only provide redirection gateway on its digital platforms/Website/Khushi App and will not take any accountability or responsibility to services provided by MediBuddy.)

    d. PNB MetLife does not endorse, represent, assure any of the health & wellness services; and also, does not claim any responsibility whatsoever for the effectiveness or suitability of any diet/fitness regime and any/or medical consultancy/health/supplement advise recommended by any health & wellness experts/nutritionists/medical practitioner/fitness trainer.
